Ordering products and samples
You can order either complimentary Coloplast samples, or larger quantities of items which will be chargeable. To order either, you will need to register as a Patient or a Healthcare Professional first. This process should only take a short while, and you can then login and place a prescription order or sample request. Healthcare Professionals may wish to have samples delivered to their workplace.

If you are requesting products which you need to pay for, you will need to use a valid credit card on the relevant pages, or our Charter Healthcare team will call you back to take payment. An on-line secure payment environment is included in this web site.

If you are requesting one or more product samples, please note that there is standard number of each product which is allowed in our sample packs.
